Why Join?
With over 500 members, USA Dance Los Angeles County Chapter 4031 is currently the largest USA Dance chapter in the Western United States. Membership to USA Dance Los Angeles County funds the majority of our National organization’s efforts and provides many benefits to dancers throughout the United States.
One of the greatest benefits of membership in USA Dance is simply being an active participant in and supporter of this dynamic and effective leader, promoter and supporter of ballroom dancing.
Other specific benefits our members enjoy are:
- Discounts on admission to all USA Dances, as well as many social dances and dance classes offered by local studios and instructors
- Help foster the inclusion of DanceSport into the Olympic Games
- Subscription to American Dancer, the official magazine of USA Dance.
- Provide support for our outreach programs, which do so much to enrich our local community
Membership dues for Social Dancers are only $25/year, and Student and Athletic memberships are also available. Membership dues go primarily to the National organization, where the collected funds go to support the bi-monthly American Dancer magazine; scholarships for our championship athletes to travel and compete around the world; and the National Championship events, among other things. $5 of your dues are returned to the chapter to help support local operations.
